This is great app, providing the best insight about the customer satisfaction, as it gives the granularity that is not available in zendesk built-in surveying.

The app is great! It's very intuitive and has everything we need from a satisfaction app. The customer service is also great! They were very friendly and even got on a video call with us to answer any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely recommend!
