Shopify for Zendesk

I agree with another reviewer. My team prefers the older layout which included the order number, product(s), tracking link, and total $ amount. With a recent change, you have to click out of Zendesk to review all the information you need thus having an impact of my team's productivity.

The new layout is not clear and now it takes 2-3 clicks to get to the information needed or to open the correct shopify page.
