It would be an Oscar if: 1. I can enter a mobile number to receive SMS 2. It would recognize the time zone properly 3. It would recognize that 15/04/2025 it is in the future if today is 14/04/2025. By this I cannot set a reminder within 24 hours or within the end of the day. 4. In the reminder list all time settled are 1 hour later than settled into the reminder App

Very useful addition to our Zendesk instance. Simple to use and does the job effectively. Unsure if SMS notifications are configurable outside the US.

Hi there! I'm trying to use it, but when I open a ticket and go to the Side Context Bar, the Reminder App shows a Loading message, and it stays like that forever... I'm not suer what I'm doing wrong...
