Works well for me, but you need to install it on the messagebird side as well. I followed this guide... https://support.messagebird.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004233317-How-to-set-up-the-MessageBird-Integration-with-Zendesk

I was able to integrate it so that incoming WhatsApp messages result in tickets, but I can't chat like the previous reviewer, so it`s much less valuable

I do not get the app to work, after trying over and over again the chat is still "loading" I cannot make it work.
