Excellent.. This allows the Admin user to manage the Internal activities & tickets raised within the organisation along with managing their employees devices which is a boon to have integration. You can pretty much carry out all the actions remotely via the Hexnode app just as you do it from the dashboard. The Zendesk being the market leaders & widely used product, its good to see Hexnode stepping up & integrating with them to give the Admin a full fletched user experience.
