Zoho Analytics

an integration you must have!

Great integration and very stable. Zoho is an excellent and very robust tool, I've been using it for many years to generate automated reports that are integrated with other data from our company. In the case of Zendesk, we use it to report on customers, ticket volume, most recurring issues, among others.

It is very good and easy to use. If you have questions or need help the customer service is really helpful. I recommend this app for the good insights and reports, you can see everything that you do in zendesk.

Very easy to set-up and get a good insight in your data. Also easy to integrate with other data sources to not only look at your Zendesk Data but also include things like Google Analytics and your Sales data.

Integration is very smooth and fast with Zendesk, I´m not the IT guy and it was easily setup and very easy to modify the standard reports.
