Not very good
Been working with Certainly for a long time now and I am 100% satisfied. Not only with the bot itself, but most of all the service and the support from the whole team. Certainly "certainly" understand how to keep their customers happy! What I love most about them is their attitude and empathy when we are working on new solutions. They are always ready to help and they never say no to new ideas or thoughts. If I am not happy with a solution, they listen, they try to understand and then they are working on finding the best solution. And if the solution doesn't exist, they will do their best to make it happen anyway. The platform is flexible and easy to use and the bot have and can help us in so many ways. We haven't seen anything yet - I am sure we will move mountains with Certainly in the near future.
Using the chatbot for more than a year now - and really happy with the support from Certainly (trainings and tech help). The platform allows a lot of flexibility and we can influence the resolution rate. Happy with the results so far and hope to achieve even more with the Digital twin.
We have been using the chatbot for over a year and you can see the power of the chatbut but most important, the people behind the scene that is helping out and supporting you in all challenges. The NLP is really powerful together and the webhooks available with the option to create your own is really awesome. Certainly is very service minded and really goes the extra mile for you.
The platform is flexible and easy to use. You can implement the chatbot solution really quickly and develop it further based on real customer cases. Certainly's customer service is awesome, always ready to help!
